If the suggested journey involves changes, are the connections guaranteed?
When using our journey planner, you may find that the suggested journey involves one or more changes. As we do not run the services ourselves, we are unable to guarantee these connections.
We hold information for all bus and rail services in Wales, and our journey planner uses this information to create suggested routes for journeys across Wales. Where changes are involved, enough time will be given to make the change based upon the scheduled times for the service.
However, our journey planner is unable to allow for any unscheduled delays to services. In the event of a delay, you can find the times of connecting services by calling our call centre on 0871 200 22 33, by using one of our mobile services, or by checking the timetable before you travel.
