New Double Decker Comes to Machynlleth

Lloyds Coaches have just taken order of a brand new Enviro 400 Double Decker which is due to enter their fleet shortly on the X28 service. The impressive vehicle is fitted with 3 point belts on all seats (except for the 3 flip top seats in the buggy/disabled space) as well as an 11 camera state of the art CCTV system.

The X28 service has now been rebranded as the X28 Coastliner and will operate as a part of the Cambrian Coastliner Coast to Coast network of services including the X29 Coastliner service linking Tywyn Coast - Machynlleth - Aberystwyth Coast.

New branded route leaflets are presently in circulation on their services and their drivers are in the middle of being issued with a new look professional uniform.

The new timetable will be operational as from the 5th of September
