Call Centre Disruption 4th October
We would like to apologise again for the disruptions the Traveline Cymru Call Centre experienced on Tuesday 4th October 2011 between 10am-2pm. The cause of disruption was due to a broadband shut down which resulted in our staff having no access to information to help customers plan their journeys. The disruption is outlined below in a newspaper clipping from the Metro. A fault at a major BT Broadband exchange left many businesses across the UK cut off after a power failure on the 4th of October.
All systems were back up and running by the afternoon but we hope the power cut would not have caused too much inconvience to your journeys.
